Today you are 58 years old!!!! Where has the time gone? I find myself thinking back today over my childhood and the ageless force that is my father. I blink and see and image of you now and still cannot believe that you are almost 60 and yet I am enchanted by it because it fits you so well. You are one of those people that no matter the number will always reflect such a vibrant life force that though the years stack up you simply get better. You grow into this life like a great oak, a tree with roots so deep and strong that you shape those around. You stand tall and beautiful against the landscape of this life providing shelter and great wisdom to not only the ones you love but any that may need a break from the storm. You have always been the constant in my life one that I am so very grateful for. I am so proud of the person that you have become and look forward to the knowledge that is yet to come. Your heart though you try and hide it well is an unbelievable gift to see. You share so much of yourself and are so open and honest about who you are that I worry and yet in the same breath will myself to follow suit.
