July 29th was a huge milestone for Fairy Tale Endings as I was hired to fully cater a friends mother's 70th surprise birthday party. The guest list included 20 or so friends and family members and was to take place at Lis's beautiful house. I was able to come up with a menu that both incorporated the wide variety of palates and integrate into the dishes a very garden look and feel.
